Customer Guidance

As we are running a strict appointment only system at the moment we ask that you arrive exactly on time for your appointment as you will not be able to gain entry to the studio before hand.

If you have symptoms of covid19 or you have been informed to self isolate – please let us know as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment without loosing your deposit.

Please arrive alone, no-one else will be allowed to enter the studio with you.

Your health forms will be sent to you digitally, please ensure this is filled out before attending your appointment.

Payment will be card only, via card machine or bank transfer, we are not handling any cash at the moment to try and minimise the amount of interaction needed.

Aftercare WILL NOT be available to buy in the studio, again down to reducing interaction. You can purchase this on our website.

Your artist will come to the door and let you in, Please wear a mask upon entering the studio, if you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.

On arrival to our studio your temperature will be checked and you will receive a smell test provided by Corowell (

Hand washing facilities will be available to you as you come in, please wash your hands in accordance with the hand washing guidance provided.

Boxes will be available for all your personal belongings in the front of the studio, please place all personal belongings in these boxes and your artist will then take you directly into the Studio.

The floor will be suitably marked for you to find your way around the studio safely (Bathroom breaks, Lunch breaks), Please be aware of other people in the studio and maintain social distancing at all times.

No food or drink will be permitted in the studio at this time, you will be allowed to leave the studio in order to go get something to eat and drink during the day.

Please stay within your marked area if you need to move about, this is for your own and other clients safety.

Your artist will be wearing full PPE including Mask, Apron, Gloves.
